As we step into a new year, I want to take a moment to reflect on an incredible training experience I had the privilege of leading at Quest Global during November and December 2024. This online training program focused on two essential topics: C and Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).
Dear Team,
As I sit down to reflect on the last 50 days, I feel a deep sense of gratitude and joy. The time spent with all of you during this training on C# and WPF has been nothing short of incredible.
The first 30 days of online sessions allowed us to dive into the core concepts, but it was during the last 20 days of offline training that I truly felt the magic of learning together. It was a privilege to witness your dedication, hard work, and cooperation in person. Each one of you brought something unique to the group, and I genuinely admired how you supported one another.
Some of you even opened up about your personal challenges during the training. It takes courage to do that, and I hope my guidance helped in some way. Knowing that I might have made a small difference in your journey is deeply fulfilling for me.
This training holds a special place in my heart because it’s the first one I’ve conducted after a break. Stepping back into training felt like reconnecting with a part of myself that I had missed. Being with all of you reminded me how fulfilling it is to teach and to see others grow.
I will truly miss these days—your energy, curiosity, and willingness to learn. You all made this experience special for me, and I hope it was equally meaningful for you.
A Short Story
As you move forward in your careers, remember that every successful person has faced challenges but chose to rise above them. Let me share a quick story about Jack Ma, the founder of Alibaba. He faced countless rejections, even being the only one turned down for jobs at KFC and Harvard University. Yet, he didn’t let failures define him. Instead, he learned from them, persisted, and eventually built one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the world. His journey teaches us that no matter how tough things get, determination and belief in yourself can lead to incredible success.
